Chilly Day, Hot Links

Yet another cold wet fall day in DC. But warmth can be found. I heard from another great music blogger who wants to link to me, so I am returning the favor. And bigrockcandymountain is worth visiting in any case.

Walk Into Rain

A flock of starlings
scatters ragged
black shapes against
the washed-out gray
curtain of sky
into my face
the wind flings
droplets of rain
too cold for tears.
