#200!
How fitting that my 200th post should honor the first poet I read on my own as a small child (after having A Child's Garden of Verses read to me before I could read it myself.) Happy Birthday, Robert Louis Stevenson!
"This is the verse you grave for me:
'Here he lies where he longed to be;
Here is the sailor, home from the sea,
And the hunter home from the hill.'"
"This is the verse you grave for me:
'Here he lies where he longed to be;
Here is the sailor, home from the sea,
And the hunter home from the hill.'"

Congrats on your 200th post!
Sorry I missed this when it was first posted. For some reason my RSS reader didn't report it until tonight.
Hey thanks, John!
I read him when I was a kid too. I like treasure island.
I don't often venture beyond my chosen list of blogs, but I stumbled upon yours recently and liked it :).
Just thought you'd like to know.
Also, Happy New Year!!!
Thanks!
He was my first too. Except Dr Seuss.
